Al GAMEA is a non-profit organization serving the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, & Transgender Arab, Chaldean, Assyrian, Kurdish, Persian, and other Middle Eastern identifying communities locally in the metropolitan Detroit area, and globally throughout the world wide web.

Arabian Nights are seasonal events held to create a safe space where GLBT Middle Easterners and their friends can gather, socialize, and celebrate Middle Eastern culture and music. Chaldean/Assyrian, Arabic, Persian, and English dance music is played throughout the night, With performances by Middle Eastern Female Belly Dancing Illusionists, and a full service hookah bar.Our Next Arabian Nights will be held at GiGi’s Bar in Detroit on December 14th, 2007, event starts at 9pm.GiGi’s is located at:16920 W Warren AveDetroit, MI 48228(313) 584-6525
